									<p>Zwiebel und Knoblauch schälen, fein hacken und in Öl anschwitzen. Tomatenmark zugeben und kurz mitbraten lassen. Dann mit Tomatenstücken und Wasser ablöschen und aufkochen. Gewürze, Salz und Bulgur bzw. Couscous einrühren und 10 min. köcheln (Bulgur) bzw. quellen (Couscous) lassen. Anschließend abkühlen lassen und die Petersielie unterrühren.</p><p>Mit Kräuterjoghurt, Tomate, Gurke und (nach Geschmack) Olive servieren. Schmeckt natürlich auch warm.</p>								</div>
